Animal Care EnthusiastFor as long as she can remember, Jenn has always had animals by her side. Her love for animals, combined with her experience in veterinary medicine, has shaped her passion for providing compassionate, gentle care to every pet she meets.
Jenn believes every pet deserves to feel safe, respected, and comfortable. Her goal is to create positive, fear-free experiences while treating every fur baby with the same patience, kindness, and attention she would give her own beloved pets.
When she’s not caring for animals, Jenn enjoys crafting, kayaking, spending time with her fur baby army, and, of course, a good ol’ yap session! She is passionate about building genuine relationships with both pets and their people and is so excited to bring that same gentle touch to the Gentle Touch Pet Services community.

Meet Kaitlyn! She has always had a heart for animal care. Growing up, she cared for all kinds of critters which sparked a lifelong passion that led her to become a veterinary assistant. She knows pet care can sometimes feel confusing or overwhelming, so she loves helping pet owners feel more confident with the everyday basics of keeping their furry family members healthy and happy. When she’s not caring for pets, you can usually find her spending time with her cat, Willow, enjoying a hike outdoors, or on the hunt for her next favorite cup of coffee. As an avid coffee lover, she’s always up for trying a new café and discovering the perfect brew.
