Payment is due after services have been rendered. We accept payment through our business Venmo account or by cash.
For pet sitting services, a $20 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your dates. This deposit will be applied toward your total balance. If a pet sitting reservation is canceled less than 48 hours before the scheduled start of service, the deposit will be forfeited.
For all other services, no deposit is required, and appointments may be canceled at any time. While there is no cancellation fee, we appreciate at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible so we can adjust our schedule. We understand that unexpected situations arise, and we always strive to be flexible when life happens.

To ensure the safety of your pets, our team, and the community, all pets must be current on their rabies vaccination, as required by South Carolina law. Proof of a current rabies vaccination may be requested before services begin. If a pet is not up to date on its rabies vaccine, we will be unable to provide services.
For the safety of everyone involved, we also follow all applicable local leash laws. Pets must remain securely leashed during walks and while in our care when outside, unless they are in a safely enclosed, fenced area or another secure environment.
If a pet bites or scratches a person in a way that requires reporting under state or local regulations, we are legally required to report the incident to the appropriate public health authorities.
Thank you for your understanding and for helping us maintain a safe environment for your pets, our staff, and the community.
